Care
Our leathers, fabrics, and hardware can handle daily use and look great for years to come with minimal care.
Leather: Applying leather conditioner a few times a year will keep our Latigo and Lariat leathers from drying out. Use a soft, clean cloth and apply liberally. We recommend against any using harsh chemical treatments or cleaners.
Special note for Lariat: Lariat’s napped texture will burnish smooth over time – usually in a year to eighteen months. We recommend not using any conditioner during this time as it will darken the leather prematurely. A suede brush or fine grit sandpaper will raise the nap and help remove any dirt.
Endurance: A damp cloth or sponge will help clean our Endurance fabric. We recommend against using any vinyl protectant.
Waxed Canvas: A damp cloth or sponge will help clean our waxed canvas. Variation in color results from wax moving around the fabric. A hair dryer or some time in warm sun will help to even the look of our waxed canvas, but we recommend letting a natural patina develop. Our waxed canvas will not need to be reproofed.
Linings: Our nylon taffeta and fabric linings can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Allow lining to dry before use or storage.
