When will my order ship?
Your order will generally ship within one to two business days. During the holiday season, you can expect an additional day or two for processing. Items that are out of stock go into backorder status and customer service will contact you with an estimated ship date. Orders with expedited shipping received after noon Berkeley time generally will not ship the same day. Please contact customer service if you have an urgent order and we'll do our best to help. The items in my cart say they are backordered, how long will I have to wait for my order?
If any items in your order cannot be shipped immediately, customer service will contact you with an estimated ship date.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard domestic FedEx Ground shipping is complimentary. Delivery is within 5-7 business days. International and expedited services are quoted at checkout.
How long does adding a monogram take?
Monogramming typically adds two to four days to an order. See more details on monogramming here.
What will monogram look like? Where will it be on my bag?
Our monogram lettering is a Suzanne Roman serif typeface done with a blind deboss. We have one size for bags and one size for small leather goods. Generally all leather items are directly stamped and fabric items have a color-keyed leather patch stamped and then sewn on. Contact customer service for details or requests for placement. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on items within 10 days of invoice date. During the holiday gift-giving season, we extend our policy to the end of January. Please contact service for a return authorization number before sending back your item so we know to expect it. See more details on returns here.
When will my card be credited after a return?
Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed and your card refunded after we receive it.
What is the warranty on your products?
We guarantee our Mulholland products for life against defects in material and workmanship. Our Bison and High & Mighty bags are guaranteed for 200 years. See more details on our warranty here.
How do I get my bag repaired?
Please begin the repair process by contacting customer service to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that repairs are sent directly to our factory at 1710 4th Street and not our shipping facility at 1445 4th Street. See more details on repairs here.
How do I clean my bag?
Our bags require minimal care to look great and last for years to come. We recommend saddle soap or any gentle leather conditioner to clean your bag and keep the leather from drying out. See more details on care, including special notes on Lariat leather, here.
